The Service utilizes advanced generative AI models (including the "Nano Banana" framework via Google APIs) to process your uploaded photographs and generate stylized digital portraits.
By uploading images of yourself, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and temporary storage of your facial geometry and biometric data. This data is extracted solely for the purpose of generating your requested portraits. We strictly prohibit the upload of images of third parties without their explicit, written consent. Any attempt to generate deepfakes, impersonate others, or upload non-consensual imagery is a severe violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you are confident in your purchase. If you are entirely unsatisfied with the generated results, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
CRITICAL EXCEPTION: The No-Download Policy. Our refund policy is strictly conditional upon you NOT downloading any of the unwatermarked, high-resolution images. The moment you click "Download" (either individually or via ZIP archive), you legally accept the product as delivered, and you forfeit your right to a refund for that transaction. Our systems track all download events.
You retain all rights to the original photographs you upload. Upon successful generation and payment, Rembrandt AI grants you a license to use the generated images.
Standard Users: Granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images (e.g., social media profiles).
Executive/Master Collection Tier: Granted Full Commercial Licensing. You may use the generated images for commercial purposes, including marketing, advertising, company websites, and monetized platforms without paying royalties to Rembrandt AI.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Because AI generation is non-deterministic, we do not guarantee that the generated images will perfectly resemble your physical appearance. Rembrandt AI is not liable for any professional, financial, or personal consequences resulting from the use of the generated images in any context.
